Eternal Elixir blends Sencha green tea with Pai Mu Tan white tea for a lighter, delicate style of loose-leaf tea.

Smooth green-tea notes are joined by subtle apple and cinnamon sweetness, giving the blend a gently layered flavour without becoming heavy.

Supplied in a 1kg bag, it is a useful size for regular tea drinkers, offices or anyone who likes to keep a favourite blend well stocked.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

During particularly busy periods, including October to December, dispatch may take 3–4 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery estimates may vary for:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates are provided directly by the delivery carrier.


Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing checkout.

If you need to amend your address, contact us as soon as possible at tea@leafkettle.co.uk.

We'll do our best to update your address before the order enters dispatch, but changes cannot always be made once processing has begun.


If Delivery Isn't Successful

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (where appropriate).

  • Attempt redelivery.

  • Leave instructions for collection.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-delivery.


Stock Availability

We work hard to keep stock levels accurate.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens we'll contact you promptly and offer:

  • A refund for the unavailable item.

  • A suitable replacement (only with your agreement).

  • The option to wait for stock to become available.


Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Severe weather.

  • Courier delays.

  • Seasonal demand.

  • Public holidays.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the delivery provider.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.


International Shipping

Leaf & Kettle is currently focused on UK delivery.

International delivery will be introduced in the future. When available, shipping costs and delivery estimates will be shown during checkout.
